We want you to feel confident ordering from Buried in Work. If something isn't right, please reach out via our contact form or email (support@buriedinwork.com) and we'll do our best to help.
CLEAR Kit Returns
Return window
CLEAR Kits may be returned if you contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship the kit back within 7 days of receiving return instructions.
Condition requirements
Returned CLEAR Kits must be:
- Undamaged
- Unused
- In resellable condition
- With all original materials, folders, worksheets, and packaging included
If materials are missing, opened, written on, or damaged, we may reduce the refund amount or decline the return.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable, even if free shipping was offered at checkout. If free shipping was utilized, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
Please do not refuse delivery or mark a package “return to sender.” Returns must follow the instructions we provide.
Final Sale Items
The following products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- One More Story
- Nothing Left Unsaid
- Digital, downloaded, & customized products
These items cannot be returned once shipped.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your CLEAR Kit arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage. Please keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
If the damage occurred during shipping, we will work with you to repair or replace the affected items.
Order Issues and Cancellations
Address errors
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or misdelivery caused by incorrect address information.
Cancellations
We do our best to process orders quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process if eligible.
Duplicate orders
If an order is placed in error, contact us immediately. If it has already shipped, the return policy applies.
Coupons and Pricing
Discount codes must be entered at checkout. We cannot apply coupons retroactively or adjust pricing after an order is placed. Discounts are valid only during their stated timeframe.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for loss or theft. If a package goes missing in transit, we will work with you to help determine next steps.

We aim to respond to customer service inquiries within three business days, but often do so faster.
