Grandma's china is priceless. The IRS would still like a number.

For the CPA, the appraiser, the estate attorney, and anyone who has tried to explain stepped-up basis at a family meeting while someone cried over a gravy boat.

The details: White ceramic mug with a black handle and a black inside, in 11 oz or 15 oz. The design is printed on both sides, so it reads right in either hand. Microwave and dishwasher safe. Printed to order, which is why it isn't sitting in a warehouse somewhere.
