Why It Is Different

Most estate organization products give you a place to store papers.

CLEAR Kit Expanded helps you understand what to collect, identify what may be missing, and leave information another person can actually use.

It can help your loved ones:

Find important information without searching the house
Understand your wishes with less confusion
Avoid preventable delays, missed details, and costly mistakes
Know what may require immediate attention
Act with greater confidence when they need to step in

Designed by an attorney who has experienced firsthand what families face when important information is incomplete, scattered, or known by only one person.

One Adult or Two?

Each adult receives their own complete set of two binders and their own worksheets.

One-Adult Expanded includes two binders in one storage case.
Two-Adult Expanded includes four binders in one storage case.

Keeping each person's information separate makes the CLEAR Kit easier to complete, update, and use.

Need a different configuration?

If you are organizing for three or more adults, would rather skip the storage case, or want to leave out components you will not use, build your own CLEAR Kit and pay only for what you choose. Build Your Own starts at $115.
